“CRM software can have a significant impact on the performance of a business, by automating and streamlining the internal business processes that impact how you market, sell and provide services to your customers,” says Larry. In order to realize the maximum value from any CRM solution organization’s need to complement the software with experienced sales, marketing and service personnel. “The challenge is that many small to mid-size business cannot afford to hire these professionals and struggle to implement the internal policies and procedures to improve business performance,” adds Larry. “We address this by coupling the software with a highly experienced team of sales, marketing and service professionals that help customers implement best practices for improving the performance of their business.”
The CRM sector consist primarily of low cost cookie cutter products that simply lack the automation and customization needed to address industry specific requirements. The products that do offer a higher degree of customization have proven to be cumbersome to use and quite expensive for the small to mid-size market. Commence CRM fits squarely in the middle and has targeted companies that need more flexibility than the low cost out of the box products can provide, but who do not need or want the cost and complexity associated with enterprise level products.
In an instance, a Real Estate Escrow company that provides escrow services to home buyers and sellers was looking for an efficient way to coordinate all the components of a real estate transaction, including clearing of property title, signing of legal documents, and transfer of funds. The company selected Commence CRM to coordinate and track each transaction and communicate the status to each party involved – buyer, seller, realtor and other service providers. Commence CRM enabled the company to have one central database of all transactions and provided immediate access to the customers profile, key documents, important deadlines, while continuing to update information on a real time basis. This allowed the company to efficiently manage growth and provide quality services to all parties.
Going forward, Commence will be introducing several new services to the market in 2020. One will be a Sales Enablement process whereby we assist customers in putting together articles, case studies, customer testimonials and competitive analysis so that their sales team is fully prepared to immediately respond to questions, prospect inquiries and competitive battles.
They have also recently introduced a fully integrated Project Management application that they expect will increase sales in 2020. This application will serve as another differentiator between Commence CRM and many of their competitors. Being an influencer, Larry advices budding entrepreneurs to stay true to their core competency and don’t head into unchartered waters.
Commence CRM is ideal for small businesses because it offers more functionality and flexibility than traditional low cost cookie cutter solutions, but without the cost and complexity of industry giants.
