Ryan advocates actively listening and responding to the feedback of his clients. I'm a firm believer in the power of feedback and personal development, says Ryan. One of the most important qualities a leader can have is the ability to rely on people both inside and outside of their organization. One of the mistakes people might make, is not asking for help, adds Ryan. You can't be successful if you don't have someone to lean on and rely on when things get tough. Hence, I believe that self-leadership is the most difficult challenge.

After that, it's critical to build a winning team, get everyone on the same page, and cultivate a winning culture. He creates an environment where people can grow and prosper.

Measuring and reporting on performance, finding gaps, and determining next steps and strategies are all critical, for improving, training, and motivating employees. You must take the initiative and put the needs of the customer first. Rather than focusing on the competition, we want to focus on serving our consumers and ourselves.
