Robert practice, LCORE, is always trying to help their clients do well. He is kind, persistent, good at talking to people, honest, and organized. He helps them build networks of trusted advisors so they can get their business plans off the ground. He thinks the most important thing is to listen more, make things yourself, and use them as a group. Robert says of LCORE that the customer is always our top priority. He also adds that criticism is helpful in adding value in some ways.

Robert says “LCORE Wealth Management has used modern technology for 30 years to service clients. Since I used one of the original E-Business cards to keep track of client initial interactions, I've used technology to assist LCORE to do the job!” says Robert. Today, the firm uses more than 10 software interfaces to help our staff help our clients. Robert adds, "Our goal is to offer the same range of services with as many qualified planners and advisors as we can."

Robert says, “Competition drives corporate growth. So LCORE focuses on being the most competitive by working to provide great service, with high morals, ethics, and focus on personal responsibility. We take care of addressing client needs. LCORE has grown by doing what others aren't.” Robert is of the opinion that LCORE’s goal is to use new technologies to bring our services even closer to the clients. Robert adds that we always look at new technologies, services, and platforms to help our clients get closer to their goals. LCORE helps clients implement the Family Practice Model for the client today and their generations to come.

"There are many factors to a Great Firm, but our experience and platform are two of the most important ones," says Robert. The team is made up of experts in finance, insurance, taxes, and customer services. Together, they have more than 100 years of combined experience that they can share with each customer if they need it. As for the platform, most of their competitors only offer services in a few areas, like stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and maybe a few other market-related areas, but LCORE offers a wide range of products in almost every field.

Robert gives advice on alternatives, which has helped the clients of his practice feel less stressed and even retire during the recent times of rising interest rates and high inflation. Robert related “These clients had too many investments that were similar to each other. We looked at their risk tolerances, helped them build a solid core of assets, and helped them move other assets to places where they could grow over the long term," added Robert.

Robert says “it's also important to pay attention to cash flow. This helps clients have a clear place to start working from to understand their finances. By doing this, the energy that was spent on deciding if something should be done can now be put toward the plan that has been set up. Most of the time, not having a solid foundation leads to inaction. Without action, a plan will never be finished, so we help our clients finish the plan.” adds Robert.

Our two projects: The First, a new online service for Pre-IPOs, was created with our aid on the Representative Side. Our Independent Representatives can close pre-IPO and Private Investment offerings electronically, without paper, with their clients. Also, because this service lets other broker dealers and RIAs use the app, it could help the broker dealer develop its market. Second, we pushed for another custodian to help our clients receive the service they desire, given our diverse market correlated and non-correlated opportunities. Some custodians are better at equity trading and reporting than others. Robert adds “Now that we have been given the approval we are ahead of schedule and already seeing how it has improved customer service and reporting.”

Robert says “It's always important to keep up with new technologies, and not just from the service or client contact side. Digital assets and how to include them in client portfolios are important and can help prepare clients and their children for the future. That's why I decided to get Certified in Blockchain and Digital Assets. In short, it's a microcosm of our time together today, since LCORE has stayed ahead of the competition and served our clients by wanting to help others, looking at how creating a revolutionary new form of asset, and opening a world of new opportunities is what pushes us every day to do better!” states Robert.
