In order to successfully lead a team, you are required to listen, learn, and continue to develop every day. The key is confidence, but never egotism.

Rachel offers the following piece of advice when making decisions: "Trust your gut." She explains that the solutions are available, yet people simply fail to pay attention to what they already know. She likes to take a 10,000-foot view, step back, remove herself from the process, and consider the outcomes from various angles, both now and in the future. She trusts her intuition.
