It's been an honor to participate in industry panels as a guest speaker, sharing my knowledge of the financial business, markets, and trading, says Mr. Phil. Individuals learning about the sector as well as those beginning their own funds make up the majority of the attendees.

We've adopted Microsoft Teams to make it easier to collaborate on papers. We also have a customer relationship management system (CRM) with a library of marketing documents that our team may share with current and potential clients. Our team's ability to communicate effectively will pave the way for us to attain our goal. This will include the use of Bloomberg and other analytic tools.

Don't go along with the crowd; it's never a good idea to do so when it comes to investing. A typical iron condor is an example of a popular strategy that others adopt and everyone follows. Our strategy is built on the idea of long-term market ownership, with additional revenue generated by bumps in the road (volatility) and accident protection (market downturns). We have a small number of strategies; in fact, we only have one method that works well. It was designed to benefit everyone, and both of our funds follow the same strategy and perform brilliantly. It's difficult for our consumers to receive good returns without paying excessive costs. They rarely come across a manager who can outperform the S & P 500. Our main goal, which isn't easy, is to give clients a return that outperforms the market, all while minimizing volatility. We keep things simple and put in a lot of work, and our first goal is to be absolutely honest with our clients. We aim to keep things as they are, and instead of fixing what is broken, we intend to widen our global perspectives, says Mr. Phil.
