“Be a legendary leader renowned for multitasking”

My Mind My Power was developed to bridge the achievement gap through high-yield instruction. Patrick Zuniga, the owner and lead consultant, always wants to share his classroom experiences, knowledge, and research. Patrick has long-term growth plans, but he's doing a EdD at Creighton and is expected to graduate in 2023. Due to education and the COVID-19 Pandemic, My Mind My Power suspended its expansion ambitions to focus on local community improvement through volunteer labor and media. Now, local organisations can organize and communicate strategically. It's made public service announcements on youth empowerment and community involvement.

Patrick's a reluctant and empathetic leader. He leads by example and adapts to difficult challenges. His colleagues trust his authoritative understanding of the curriculum and instruction. Patrick, as a coach, emphasizes confidence, passion, and teamwork. He models community and service by volunteering with organizations and community groups. His friends say he's inspiring, selfless, and authentic.

Patrick is at a career crossroads. He wanted to teach and coach football in the 10th grade. He taught and coached well. During his teaching career, several phenomena confused him. Why do some student-athletes excel in sports but not in academics? How do labels affect attitudes? His Creighton investigation found similar phenomena in other industries. He aims to help businesses cultivate happiness, create growth mindsets, and develop leaders.

Patrick's experience in education and non-profits has helped him measure office culture and his studies at Creighton University helped him understand leadership, culture, communication, character acquisition, and cultural transmission. He wants to improve his non-cognitive skills, psychological capital, and cultural capital so that he can help other people achieve their goals.

Patrick's volunteered teams were always mission-ready, and with enough resources, they could finish projects. He distinguishes between imagined and genuine impediments. Many difficulties were readily solved through discourse or proactive decision-making, so most emphasis was concentrated on individual offers. In his view, members must discuss honestly, must produce ideas, weigh the pros and downsides, and then share them with the team. Appreciative inquiry can help create a talent-sharing and teamwork culture.

Patrick has noticed a lack of motivation to set tangible goals. He's helped organizations reach small goals or focus on big ones. His company sets goals and takes action. His goals aren't straightforward or predictable. Leaders must know they're not alone. Organizations may need research or conceptual leaps. Always motivate and organize. Humanism and cultural capital alter people and institutions. Active listening, live contact, agentic behavior prompting, critical thinking, and reflection are common.

Patrick says it's crucial to understand clients' implicit and stated goals. He's studied companies that put profits before people, causing issues. People would be upset if everything required money for comfort or individuation. People-first decisions can be unpredictable. Take hybrid makers, he advises. They motivate people. Creators online and offline influence Patrick. These people are passionate, genuine, and motivated. When there are a lot of people who say they are experts, you have to invest in yourself and stick to your process.

In explaining about competition, Patrick's nearly two decades of teaching is a major differentiator. He has two master's degrees and a teaching certificate. Patrick is a Continuous Improvement Partner in education and was willing to help with teaching during the Coronavirus Pandemic, but My Mind My Power didn't apply for this accolade. During the pandemic, he developed free learning activities. Now, he is also investigating the accomplishment and opportunity gaps in American public schools for his EdD.

Patrick reconsidered his company's marketing after the epidemic. In 2018, social media was the selected medium, and digital architecture, social media communication, and sharing behaviors were studied closely. He went back to school because online teachers exchanged ideas and courses. He recognized social media ads needed a product. My Mind My Power created ThinkingTasks.com that evaluates knowledge, unlike Dumas' fiction. Reclusive Patrick was now able to access world knowledge through the Internet.

Recognizing one's passion and if it offers joy is part of the 21st century. It offers online interactions and social media, and this is like Daedalus' wings. He also says that overusing internet tools causes us to lose reality and self-awareness. Ignoring the internet's power might limit progress and goal-setting. Patrick insists on moderation.

Patrick's doctoral studies are focused on Hispanic concerns. His scholarly activities included studying the contrasts between Hispanic cultures and sharing his discoveries with colleagues and graduate students. His interest in the movement of people and the resulting culture floe was inspired by both sets of grandparents and his brother. Patrick's white mother and Hispanic father have given him a distinct perspective from which to study.

The football field helped Patrick find positive psychology and human capital. He played for a winning football team in Washington State. On the football field, it's not facts that matter, but competition, self-awareness, and determination. He still coaches football in the Tri-Cities area of southeastern Washington, where My Mind My Power often pays for high school sports.
