“God helps us in our troubles, no matter”

Mark-Emery: Boswell, CEO of "Monaco Management Group," explains how the organization was created with the vision that the status quo was not providing what the market was demanding in the financial arena, and as such, MMG brought forward new alternatives to traditional financial management. The "Group" is a family of international firms which help clients achieve above-average results in asset protection, personal privacy, and financial performance.

When it comes to managing staff, Mark takes a team approach. Each member contributes to the end result, and rather than exerting power from a hierarchical position, each member of the team has input, is valued, and shares in the company's success. Each team member is asked to help solve problems in their own area of expertise and is encouraged to do so.

In addition to its core business, MMG is involved with a blockchain project for tax-deferred investments and investment funds. This innovative technology challenges existing financial markets, adds Mark. It allows financiers and project managers to raise low-cost, long-term capital and gives investors choices to avoid capital gains on the sale of assets or financial instruments.

The competitors to MMG are typically law firms which offer complex solutions provided by high priced attorneys. Mark says “For us, success requires some real "out of the box" thinking, which is not the norm in the professional status quo world. The more pressure that the aggressive taxing systems and regulations put on the productive sector of society, the more people will look for ways to relieve this pressure, and MMG is the "pressure relief valve" for those looking for real solutions.”

Clients of these law firms are typically left totally dependent upon the attorneys to navigate the labyrinth of statutory codes and regulations which leaves the client in a position to have to maintain a burdensome and costly compliance regimen. Mark adds, “Our clients are amazed when they find out how simple it is to remove the heavy burden of anxiety caused by institutional revenue collectors and other predators who seek to devour some of our most productive citizens. We operate on a different level and our solutions are based on three things; common sense, organic-internationally accepted contract law which is 100% compliant, and simplicity.”

“Many of our clients come to us with tax issues or they are afraid of having tax issues. Those with existing tax issues can usually be solved easily using legal research and other approaches that are beyond the scope or experience of traditional legal practitioners’ modus operandi. In most cases our clients are easily able to manage their own affairs without extensive legal assistance, unless they desire it for some specialized purpose. There are almost no ongoing requirements for compliance, and the protection of assets and other privacy benefits associated with our solutions are unmatched.”

Mark would encourage entrepreneurs to deviate from the institutionalized "group think" syndrome that we’ve all been programmed to accept as "truth." The system is programmed to keep us all in a box. The successful entrepreneur needs to be thinking ‘how do I get out of this box?’

Mark leverages his success to help people in need by providing food, medicine, supplies, medical services and other life essentials which are desperately needed in Panama and Venezuela.

He has established a foundation that assists the poorest of the poor. Due to the state of the economy and other pressing political and economic factors, Venezuelan society has crumbled to the point where a majority of the general population cannot afford the basic necessities of life and even if they have some money, things are hard to find or get for one reason or another.

One reason is that people have to wait in line, often up to 3 days, to get their 4 gallon allotment of gasoline. On top of this, public transportation has collapsed. This causes supply chain issues and the list of problems continues from there. People go to the hospital for desperately needed medical attention. The hospitals send them home with a list of supplies and medicines the patient needs to bring with them because the hospital has nothing to work with. And if the people have no money for the supplies? This is where the Panama Christian Foundation can help a lot. In the midst of such darkness in our world Mark and his team bring endless smiles to the faces of the families he helps. When they thank him or his Panama Christian Foundation he says ‘No! Don’t thank us. Thank God!” Mark lives according to God’s promises that HE is with us and is there to help us when our heart is in the right place. He thanks everyone who contributes to the effort and who have helped them to help the needy and he encourages all to join his ‘Army of Angels.’

We selected Mark as one of the top leaders on our list because of ;

• his creative ‘solution oriented’ approach to fulfilling needs in the marketplace,

• his team building approach to organizational development

• his daring to be ‘different’ and think ‘out of the box’ and

• his love of humanity and his willingness to make personal sacrifices in leveraging his success for the benefit of others.

We congratulate Mark and encourage others to make a note of his example.
