1. Please describe some of Lucas Skowronski Stolze’s traits that have helped the organization succeed.

People have told me I inspire everyone around me, even people who know me through social media. For me, working hard on projects I love and seeing them blossom is important. I strive to see the big picture when solving difficulties. Passion, determination, focuses, and caring, which I believe are the biggest traits for success, says Lucas.

2. How does Lucas Skowronski Stolze deal with criticism as a leader?

Every leader is subject to criticism, and for Lucas, it is a normal practice to analyze his actions and the circumstances surrounding the criticism in order to get insight into how and why they occurred. He tries to take things in stride as a chance to learn something new and improve himself to grow. Lucas says that you need to keep an open mind if you want to take both constructive criticism and compliments well.

3. How does Lucas Skowronski Stolze deal with inefficient staff?

Lucas also gives an insight on judging inefficiency and says communication as key to identifying and understanding the problems of inefficient employees. He concentrates if the tasks are well explained and if the employee is well equipped to handle them. In addition, he gives the employee all the tools and training necessary to be efficient. After evaluating them on this basis, he makes a well-informed decision on how to approach this problem and later communicates back to the employee about the situation. “We have been focused on strengthening our culture and company values while also investing more in brighter talent,” states Lucas.

4. Even the most competent organizations tend to face market competition. What are the strategies employed by you to thwart this competition? What, according to you, are the company’s key differentiating factors?

In explaining competition, Lucas is of the opinion that we should never stop investing in our technology. No matter how great you think it is, technology companies should be focused on making it greater. "I think it is a key point that differentiates us from the competition," adds Lucas.

5. What are some of the leadership lessons Lucas Skowronski Stolze has learnt in his impressive career experience? How does he incorporate those into the company’s culture?

Lucas sees a lot of organizations focusing on their customers, but here at ExitLag they have always focused on their people. He cares about people and inspires his teammates to go forward. He is constantly encouraging others to develop and become their best selves. At the end of the day, our employees are the ones taking care of our customers, from product development to customer support. Investing in and taking care of your employees is a great way to make sure your customers will be taken care of, says Lucas. This is how Lucas approaches leadership and it has been a great way to see their talents grow.

6. Can you offer a few case studies where your clients have benefited from your solutions so that we can better grasp your solutions and projects? What problems did they have, and what benefits did they get after using your solution? What are the latest technologies with regards to enhancing business that you have been proactively implementing?

ExitLag is helping thousands of customers, from casual gamers to professional players, around the globe by ensuring they are having the best gaming experience possible. There was a cool video on the internet where a professional Fortnite player was able to stay connected in a match by turning ExitLag on. He was disconnected from the match when it was built in the air. By fast acting and turning our solution on, he was able to get back to the game without dying from the fall, explains Lucas.

7. What is one of the biggest achievements of your organization owing to its revolutionary approach and your creativity?

It came from one of our founders who came up with the idea for the multipath technology that we executed on our product, says Lucas. "We own the patent on that technology, and it is a major differentiator for our product. " Multipath allows our customers to connect to their preferred games through multiple routes simultaneously, which gives our customers a major boost in connection stability. This technology will help us to continue leading the market.

 

It has been a journey to see how home offices have grown in the past two years and all the tools have developed to work from home. ExitLag has been a home office organization since its foundation in 2010, and it is good to see new companies adopting this model now.

8. Kindly elaborate on any upcoming projects, plans, or solutions that would benefit your customers in the days to come. What do you think the future of “ExitLag” will be like?

We are all very excited about launching a new product; our focus now is to deliver the mobile solution. Performance and innovation are our motivators, and we hope to bring them to our products, says Lucas. We believe there are great opportunities for us in the market, and a strong organization will help us achieve our goals. A piece of advice from Lucas is to keep investing in yourself. “Since we are our greatest assets, it's nice to invest in ourselves, like buying a home or a car.”
