Armed with a unique set of leadership skills, including passion, perseverance, and innovation, Ehsan Taqbeem incorporated Manufacturing Quality Resources Group LLC (mQrg), a full-scale OEM-level auto-retrofitting service based in Michigan. From heavy repair to paint to reflashing of software of electronic modules, mQrg provides services by automotive professionals, who are prepared to handle all sorts of retrofitting (return to standards) needs with utmost planning & reliability.

An electrical engineer with MBA, Ehsan has immense experience in a rare combination of careers that consist of technical, entrepreneurial, and public affairs skills. After successful startups in the past and driven by social entrepreneurship, he has built a knack for identifying successful products and their launch to the market. His out-of-the-box expertise includes having excellent knowledge of the complete product development life cycle, including R&D, and understanding the clients' values, market trends, and technology, emphasizing relationship, network, and trust.

Ehsan is a support system for the hard-working budding entrepreneurs, he works with various State agencies to set up training programs for Entrepreneurs in disadvantaged communities. He worked with BAPAC to host Entrepreneurial Summit in Hamtramck in 2011 in collaboration with EMU and MI SBTDC and hosted a group of overseas investors to invest in the USA through the SelectUSA program in 2018.

The pioneering leader has also led a team of Bangladeshi Americans to Bangladesh to foster trade and investment between Michigan and Bangladesh in December 2007. In 2019, he led a team from Detroit City for investment and law enforcement exchange for Banglatown in Michigan. The advice he imparts is, “One way to get out of poverty is thru entrepreneurship, keep in mind that no one will discriminate you if you are rich.” He adds, “My experience is one entrepreneur always helps another entrepreneur. It's us versus the economic and other hostile conditions that we are up against.”
