“Surround yourself with great people, who can do the job better than you can ”

Daniel Kneifel, who serves as President of "Mobile Tech Trailers," is responsible for overseeing all commercial construction projects that the company conducts, whether they involve motorization or the construction of a trailer from the ground up. They were commercial market specialists, with an emphasis on infrastructure as their primary area of expertise. Now, they are an upfitter that also does custom manufacturing of trailers and other truck accessories.

The way Daniel approaches leadership is one of a kind. When he makes a decision, he never forgets to think about what's best for his employees. He is committed to taking care of his staff and creating an atmosphere in which everyone has the opportunity to be successful.

Building his team has proven to be the most challenging aspect of Daniel's various business endeavors. It might be nerve-wracking to relinquish responsibility for certain areas of your company to another person, as told by him. He recommends that you surround yourself with wonderful people who are more capable in their own fields than you are.

Nothing remarkable has ever been completed by a single person; to move your goals ahead, you will need a firm foundation and a reliable team. The team led by Daniel is adept at finding and implementing their own solutions to problems. He used to operate and handle everything on his own. Now, despite the fact that he is aware of the solution, he enables the members of the team to handle it and forge their own path. He then explains that the best way for humans to learn is by doing things by themselves.

When asked about his thought on culture, Daniel admits that explaining it can sometimes be quite difficult. He is of the opinion that the most effective approach would be to instill the company's core values in the management team and to discuss "why" they have the mindsets that they do. In addition to this, he keeps an eye on things to make sure that the fundamental concepts are consistently addressed and practiced until they are second nature.

Technological development is an ongoing process, and Daniel's company is always looking for new ways to increase production or improve the quality of the structures they make. The company has seen a lot of "smart" components being utilized in construction, like ones that communicate with mobile devices and power plants that have three phases, says Daniel. In line with this, he adds that Mobile Tech offers comprehensive, turnkey services in the upfitting business to cater to the requirements of its customers. Everything from 12 volts to three phases of generator power is within Mobile Tech's purview when it comes to complicated systems. We also manufacture trailers, and we design them specifically to meet the needs of each individual client. He adds that they do not just have a one-size-fits-all solution.

Mobile Tech discovered that its customers were looking for a cost-effective method to enable them to operate remotely. In conversing with and listening to their clients, they presented them with ways to make their operations mobile. They establish a relationship that gives them a "turnkey solution," which means that they customize each unit so that it is ready to work as soon as it arrives.

In a nutshell, if Daniel could look into the future, he would like to see Mobile Tech become a successful platform that is inviting to work for and with, and a company that engineers Mobile Solutions in a wide variety of facets and products.
