Anwar Faisal founded Alpha Management Corporation in 1983 after Mr. Faisal began his career in real estate following his graduation from Boston University with a Master degree in Public Relation and Mass Communication. Having emigrated to this country from a refugee camp in Gaza with very little property or means, Mr. Faisal has worked and learned the business from the bottom up, maintaining and renting apartments at all levels in the Boston area.

Through his diligence and sacrifice, he has raised a family, built a business and became one of the largest property owners in the Boston area. Alpha Management has grown and improved immensely through the years to be one of the largest and most successful property management businesses in Massachusetts, always striving for better service to its tenants and providing full and competent support for all aspects of property management for both residential and commercial real estate. Recent improvements in technology allow all of Alpha’s managed tenants to access, through an on-line portal, service requests and support for maintenance and brokerage issues as well as a means of making payments and addressing other concerns or inquiries. It is the stated intention of Mr. Faisal that Alpha responds to all tenants and that they are promptly contacted for any reported issues or questions.

A large staff of on-call servicers and sub-contractors are available to respond to all such requests so that the tenants’ concerns are addressed while the physical facilities are property maintained and upgraded. As a result of these efforts and the structure that has been established by the organization, Mr. Faisal has been able to expand his holdings and maintain the standard of care needed to be as successful as he is.

The administrative staff diligently ensures that all tenants are properly screened and placed appropriately to avoid interference or other issues between occupants and that leases are fair and reasonable. Mr. Faisal is and always has been “hands on” in his approach to management and personally oversees all aspect of the business. At the same time, he is mindful of whence he came and of the circumstances of those whom his company serves. He is dedicated to giving back through donations of food, medicine and assistance to thousands of families and individuals on monthly basis who are disabled or less fortunate. Besides that, Anwar Faisal is providing scholarships to over 70-80 students and this number is increasing each semester.

While many property owners and managers focus their business on higher income tenants and luxury accommodations, Alpha Management has maintained its position as a leader in providing safe, clean and reasonably priced housing for local students. By maintaining apartments in good condition, responding to tenants needs and fairly dealing with them, the turnover rate has been reduced to below local standards benefitting both the tenants and the ownership. Alpha Management has undertaken to provide additional amenities to his student tenants by providing common area meeting and study rooms and storage. While managing student occupied housing with coordination and cooperation from institutions such as Northeastern and Boston University, Alpha Management has also upgraded and improved other residential properties for upscale tenants.

Mr. Faisal represents the American Dream. His vision for the future includes acquisition of hotels and commercial-retail properties including a high-end hotel in Brookline, hotels on the Cape and other significant properties. He is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of property ownership and management while keeping in mind his humble beginning. He has stated, “He believes in his heart that every dollar he gives back is rewarded ten-fold” to him in satisfaction of accomplishment.

The goal of Mr. Faisal and his company is to acquire and manage responsibly residential and commercial properties and to upgrade each of them as if they were significant and important.
